Even though the restaurant is small, the food, service and atmosphere is worth ever minute of you being there. You know how you go to a restaurant to see if their service or food changes in time, well this place, they have been around for about two years or so, and still maintain good service and quality food. The only thing is, you have to remember, place is small, but in a way it is good, because if it was a big place, maintaining such good service would be tough.

I must preface this by saying that this is the only Ethiopian restaurant that I have visited several times and never been dissapointed. I have been remised to write a review on the first few occasions I visited, but I just had to this "upteenth" time I went last night! The food is delicious. The service is friendly and all the meals are presented in contemporary dishware that's not snubbish but perfectly chique. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the background music is just right. Most of all the items I've ordered have all been fresh every single time I've been. One time I visited for breakfast and ordered Shiro but couldn't get it because it was still on the stove. Now that's refreshing! (keep in mind it is the kind of dish that could be reheated days after without really affecting the taste). The only cons so far are: the space is really small so for large groups it's best to book ahead and go early. However if you and you date both like Ethiopian food or are ready to explore a new cuisine please do not hesitate...Their food is wonderful!

The restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated. Instead the traditional Ethiopian way, the food is served on a long rectangle plate. Very impressive! The food is great and the portion is more than you first think. Would definitely go back!
